Number 10 is the Whoa! podcast about horses and horsemanship. EQA founder Krystal Kelly has actually had the pleasure of being featured on this podcast. She shared some of her personal stories and adventures. You can go to the Whoa! podcast and check out Krystal’s interviews, she shares a lot of really fun stories! So I know you’re going to love it!
#9 of the Best Horse Podcasts: Endurance Horse Podcast

The Endurance Horse podcast. Endurance Horse is a way to bring endurance riders together across the globe. So you definitely want to check it out!
#8 of the Best Horse Podcasts: EQUUS Film and Arts

Podcast number 8 is the EQUUS Film and Arts podcast. This is the premier program for horse lovers who have a passion for horses in film, art and literature. So each week they have interesting conversations with equestrian film makers, artists and authors from across the globe.
#7 of the Best Horse Podcasts: Young Black Equestrians

Our horse podcast number 7 is Young Black Equestrians. This is a fairly new podcast that was released in December 2019. Above all, they open up conversations hoping to educate others and promote the equestrian lifestyle for people around the world.
#6 of the Best Horse Podcasts: Have Horse Will Travel

Number 6 is Have Horse Will Travel. Have Horse Will Travel is a great podcast. It’s about one woman’s quest to visit 48 States riding against domestic violence. It is also the official podcast of the Centauride.
#5 of the Best Horse Podcasts: Going the Distance

Onwards and upwards to podcast number 5! It’s Going The Distance. This podcast is for pleasure riding with your horse and competitive endurance riding. Above all, this show is actually hosted by a UK para endurance rider! It covers all aspects of long distance riding. Which includes pleasure riding with your horse all the way to competitive endurance.
#4 of the Best Horse Podcasts: Equestrian Adventuresses

And for podcast number 4… of course I wasn’t going to leave out this one. It’s the Equestrian Adventuresses podcast. It’s the show for women who love horses, travel & adventure. It’s our mission to give you the tools, resources and inspiration to go and travel the world on horseback. Therefore we interview a lot of amazing women in the Equestrian Adventuresses podcast.
They share their exciting equestrian stories, some of which are pretty epic and hardcore! So go and check it out if you haven’t already. It’s available on Spotify, iTunes, Stitcher and YouTube. Horse podcast number 3 is the Horse Radio Network. EQA founder Krystal Kelly has even been featured on this podcast a few times! They’ve invited her to talk about the Mongol Derby or when she was driving her little pink classic Mini around in Italy. She discussed some of her trips such as travelling around in Bhutan and various other countries. So go and check out the Horse Radio Network and their show Horses In The Morning.

And next is horse podcast number 2, Because Of Horses. In this podcast you will hear about how many equestrians “because of horses” have led very amazing and interesting lives.
#1 Horse Podcast: Under the Saddle

Finally horse podcast number 1 is Under The Saddle. It’s about loosening the girth and seeing where the conversation takes them. Consequently they have some of the biggest names in the equestrian world. They discuss the horse world, life stories, current affairs, wellness and who knows what else!
So there’s the 10 equestrian podcast shows that I recommend you listen to. Which leads me to say, if you are interested in making your own equestrian podcast there are a couple of steps that you need to do.
How to start your own show
First of all, it’s usually inexpensive to start your own podcast. However I recommend that you get a good microphone and that you have some kind of program where you can record the conversations. It can be via Skype or or another system. Then of course you need to be able to edit your podcast episodes as well as host them online.
