On today’s episode Heather has a great conversation with Colleen Aitken a local Saskatchewan Andalusian breeder and trainer, who also happens to be a pretty darn good farrier. Hear stories of how she decided to start a career in the horse industry, why she choose Andalusian has her favourite breed and she tells us about her most recent riding adventure with her daughter in one of Saskatchewan provincial parks.

Today we chat with Colleen Aitken, a local Saskatchewan native who is one of a growing number of women who have taken an active role in the horse industry. Colleen is a well respected farrier in the industry, who was called upon when the National Police force (RCMP) we performing the Musical ride in our area.
