October’s Fire – Valerie Power
This book is a murder mystery, suspense novel with a dash of the supernatural. Deidre is a normal woman who is deeply rooted in her family and community of Fairy Glen which is increasingly threatened by urbanisation and building projects of the super rich. But stranger things are happening. A murder happens and a woman is targeted at a horse riding competition. When her own daughter disappears and a wildfire is threatening the community, Deidre is set on finding out who is behind all this.
