Refund Policy

 is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital products/subscription from  Equestrian Adventuresses LLC and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital / Subscription Based Goods:

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. If you would like to cancel a subscription, please email our team: krystal@equestrianadventuresses.com

We cannot refund payments that were already made and once your subscription is cancelled you will no longer be able to access your subscription. Cancellations are made only after we have confirmed through our customer care support team. 

Payment Plan Based Goods:

Once a payment plan has been started you agree to paying the payments until the end of the payment plan has completed. There are no cancellations of payment plans.
