Movement Therapy, Movement Lifestyle

Movement Therapy is a movement lifestyle you can use throughout your life, helping you in and out of the saddle. I know many riders struggle with time, this alignment practice is broken down into bite-size chunks and easily fits into a busy life that you can work on your during riding and strengthening whilst going about your everyday life.
Remember your everyday movement issues, strengths and weaknesses, even the ones
you have no concept of are highlighted in the saddle.

Movement Therapy will address rider co-ordination, balance, fitness, endurance and sitting crooked in the saddle. It will also help you with struggling to progress with your riding and movements that you or your horse find difficult. Aches, stiffness, inflexibility, weakness and chronic pain will also be reduced. Mature riders make changes at any age, novice riders become better equipped for the saddle, and advanced riders will find it will help refine riding skills. Helping riders understand their own and their horses’ bodies and how your individual body alignment influences your horse’s movement. The goal is to move more of your parts, ease aches and pains, improve health, improve your riding, help your horse and have fun.
